August 23, 2008 - September 13, 2008 = $2400/week
September 13, 2008 - May 23, 2009 = $1600/week or $240/night (2 night minimum)
May 23, 2009 - June 6, 2009 = $1600/week
June 6, 2009 - June 20, 2009 = $2400/week
June 20, 2009 - August 22, 2009 = $3200/week
August 22, 2009 - September 12, 2009 = $2400/week
September 12, 2009 - October 3, 2009 = $1600/week
October 3, 2009 - May 22, 2010 = $1600/week or $240/night (2 night minimum)
*There is a minimum rental of 4 days anytime the pontoon is available (typically mid-May through Mid-October)
due to the extra work of getting the boat ready for you. If there is a 2 day gap between rentals during this time, the rate
is $550, 1 day rate would be $450.
*As an extra bonus will include the use of a 20' pontoon boat absolutely
free of charge June - September.

NOTES
RENTAL FEE: For use of the
Property as a vacationing home, Guests shall pay above fees to the Owner: $250 at time of reservation, 50% (less $250) in
March and the remaining 50% of fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: A guest
can pay by Visa, MC, check or money order. There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments except for last minute
rentals (under 2 weeks).
CANCELLATION: If a Guest wishes to cancel this Agreement, the Guest shall provide the Owner with written notice. If the
Renter's notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, the 50% fee will be refunded at 80% only if the
reserved nights can be re-booked in full. If the premises are not re-booked or the Guest cancels with-in 30 days of the arrival
date, the fee is non-refundable.
Check-in after 3:00 pm. Check-out before 10:00 am.
Pets are permitted with prior approval.
No reservations are confirmed until deposit and rental agreement are received.
